I’ve kinda of got into a situation where I’m being sued from left and right (a lot of this is my fault I know I was just playing here you go baby girl) . I have 50/50 custody of my kids and curious if anyone one has filed for bankruptcy. I slot if this happened when I was married and in literally be haunted left and right. And it’s getting overwhelming. I make good money I just lost the mother role where I could depend on her and take care of everything. To a position I’m losing hours now and cutting me financially deep. I’m not asking for financial advice I don’t need it I just need a real honest truth about bankruptcy cause I feel I need to file it now.
