I’ve seen a lot of recommendations here for the book No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert A. Glover, so I decided to get it and listen to the audiobook as well.

Many of us come to this sub to vent, and that’s perfectly fine that’s what this space is for. But one key takeaway from the book that really stood out to me is the focus on seeking approval from others.

I highly recommend this book to both married and divorced men. I’ve also included a YouTube link where you can listen to it for free. Just give the first hour a try it’ll completely shift your perspective.

Big thanks to everyone who suggested it. This book has been a game changer for me helping me better understand who I really am.
