Divorce hasn’t started yet; but we’ve negotiated a lot so far. We’ve agreed that I get the house. She’s walking away. No payout. My questions: When do I or we refinance the house? Before we file? After the divorce is final? The “internet” states trying to get it done before filing. Then QuickClaim Deed her off. Is that correct? Anybody else go through this before as well? TY
