Someone called me yesterday..they were having some conjugal issues lately...his wife wanted to leave the house in the middle of a fight, but he tried to bring her inside the house by dragging her...later she brought police and showed her the Nest video that he was dragging her and she was shouting"help help"... police didn't arrest him but gave him a warning that it might be a borderline domestic violence...he was asking if this video could be an issue later? There is no divorce filing yet ..he still wants to save his marriage by counseling but his wife said she wants divorce...what do you guys think, can the video of he dragging her wife could be any issue in future?

If it is a DV, what impact it could have later? They have a 3year old.
