Well, this is an odd one. Curious if anyone has run into this. I’m 19 months into my divorce. Final hearing was on may 15th. The judge requested a final listing of all assets and memorandums at the end of the trial and gave the attorneys 3 weeks to provide those documents to the court.

I was told by my attorney this judge usually issues final orders about a month after final memorandum’s are submitted which would be this week. Come to find out he died last night.

Can’t make this up. No clue what’s going to happen now, my attorney is at a loss as well. Anyone run into this before?
