So long story short, my then wife and I moved to Florida in November 2020. I found out that she’s been having an affair with one of my friends from our hometown in December 2020. During the divorce we decided that we would each keep our own cars and I’d keep the house. The judge ruled I’d have 12 months to get her name off the deed and the loan. Well I got her name off the loan but at struggling to be able to refinance. Specially with the rates right now. Can a judge force me to sell my house. And just in case it matters, the divorce was done in Colorado and the home is in Florida. Any advice or insight would be greatly appreciated!
