Quick History: I filed. She was hiding more than I thought (money, debts, affair, etc). I was given a fair shake by the Superior Court and started rebuilding my life. She appealed the financial ruling. Supreme Court has stated the the lower court ruled in error and I'm about to get screwed.

According to the Supreme Court, my ex can lie, hide tons of cash, rack up a vast amount of debt, and have an affair, yet still get everything in the end. Looking like she'll get all bank accounts and retirement, the house in it's entirety, and I'll be required to pay off half her debt.

Lessons learned, I suppose. I do have 50/50 custody of my children. Trying to look at the positives isn't easy and I'll figure out how fucked I am at the next court date. Trying to keep my sanity for my children. Always taking the high road and being the better person will show them my true character, though it's costing me everything else. I have no idea where I'll be a year from now. Hell, I don't know what the next few months will bring.

My divorce is almost 3 years strong and ongoing. I wasn't the perfect husband, yet I was loyal and took care of my family. To know that someone you spent a large part of your life with has so much hate and disdain for you is truly disheartening.

Thank you for letting me get it out here, and bearing with the rant. It's all just extremely overwhelming at this point.
