Doesn't matter. Honestly, I've met a lot of male attorneys that are more biased against men than anything else.

Doesn't matter. Mediators have one job: To finalize an agreement. They do that by leaning on the weaker party. So don't be the weaker party.

You gotta know your shit inside and out before you show up. Then be quiet and choose your words and numbers carefully.

I stfu until it was time to say, “here’s what I’m thinking…” ex hemmed and hawed but the mediator knew it was a perfectly set up win win deal wherever possible.

I didn’t have to give an inch because I knew all the numbers, guidelines, worst case scenarios, etc.

To get this info it’s worth paying a couple hundred bucks to some referred lawyers for consultations. By the 6th one you’ll figure out the divorce game.

Male and female mediators are biased against men is my experience. Get taken for a ride while they fleece you for your money. If you are high conflict mediation won’t help anyway
