Me and my wife have been married since 2016. we recently celebrated our anniversary in February, but have been together for 10 years. We have a 6 year old son who is important to both of us.

During the 10 years we were together, she was unfaithful and lied to me during the pregnancy. It wasn't until my son was born, and time had passed, that the truth came to light. Her reason for lying was because she "wanted me to be the father". a Court DNA test proved I was not the father.

I was already all in and committed. I already love my son. Fast forward to yesterday.

Yesterday she told me she wants a divorce. She was not at the home we share together and was at her parents with my son. She told me to leave. After careful consideration, i have learned that leaving my home is a bad idea. So I told her i will not but can offer cohabitation since we have plenty of guest rooms.

In response to me not leaving, she decides that she will be the one to leave, and she will take my son and move into her parents house. Uprooting him from his friends and lifestyle. I asked her when i can see my son and she said I can not. That he isn't mine and i don't have any legal right.

Has Anyone come across those problems? Does anyone have any feedback?
