Wife my and I are separated but living under the same roof until school ends then we are putting the house up for sale and getting a divorce. The only thing we can’t agree on is our son(he’s 10). He’s stated to me and her that he wants to come live and go to school where I’m moving because I have a sister and my mom are both teachers at the school. The last couple of months have been rough. She doesn’t have a job I pay all the bills and keep the house going. The only thing she does his take him to school and cook dinner. I’m not exaggerating when I say she cooks the same meal every single night. Anyways she has been going out more frequently coming home at 1-2 in the morning including last night where I lost my cool and accused her of cheating and called her a whore and a terrible mother. My temper got the best of me and I couldn’t control it. She is also currently abusing drugs, marijuana, and cocaine. My question is when we take this to court can I get her drug tested? What proof do I need to have a judge to see what all she’s been doing. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Ive also been taking notes in my phone every night She goes out parties and stays out late. She also has another weekend trip planned in April where she’s going with her sister and her sister’s husband and another man but they’ll also be some other people there, but they’re all staying at this house together for the weekend.
