Wife filed per se, now I got an email stating the terms and initial negotiation from her and newly retained attorney.

I 100% fund and support the move to Hawaii from the Midwest. All in we are around 15k/mo here living expenses, school, sports, activities, car, etc for me, daughter, wife.

Her initial negotiation sent is that I continue to pay everything and leave immediately back to the main land and I can pay to fly her and my daughter to mainland for her spring break to see me and pay to fly them back.

Then if I come back to visit in the next 6 months while this house is still under lease, I'll have reasonable visitation rights.

I haven't retained an attorney yet, because I am simply asking them, what're the chances based on your experience I can get my daughter back to the mainland and in my custody as having the means, support system, family, stability, etc to better support her there.

If they can't answer that I just feel like leaving, uncontested, and saying fuck it all.
