Currently parenting plan states the visitation schedule shall apply up until the child is in kindergarten but also states the parenting plan shall remain non-modifiable unless the parents live within 100 miles or in excess of 325 miles from their current resistance.

Does this mean I can not file a petition to change the parenting plan until my daughter is in kindergarten? (Neither parent will be moving out of this mileage rage.)
