After two years (almost) and many lawyers on her side, the parenting agreement has been secured, and being sent to the courthouse to be turned into an order. I can now let the figurative tank drivers have a rest, refuel, and launch the next offensive (financials).
Recap: Ex was abusive during marriage, on all fronts, including to eldest child. Childrenβs lawyer got involved, awarded me full legal decision making, full legal custody, and full parenting time of the eldest, while splitting parenting time of the youngest at 50/50. I left with the boys two years ago, while she wouldnβt leave the house for two years, and lived there with her APs.
House is sold, btw, but a lot of it is still tied up in a trust.
Wish me luck during the second blitzkrieg, itβs going to be rough.
