Hi. Wife left me a couple months ago and then filed for divorce. I found out through phone records that she has been talking to a dude and I think she is still talking to him. She is a massage therapist and it is one of her clients 🤮. It is eating me up inside. We have a 3 year old. I have been devastated. It’s been really hard to handle.

I really need to talk to a therapist. My mental health is not great. Has any of you had success with any of the big online virtual therapy companies like Betterhelp? Are they legit? Thanks in advance.
