I'm in CA and my MSA was signed on 1/31 by a judge, so we are officially divorced. It states that I have to pay my X off for her to let me have the house. Based on the payment (the is MSA is specific) she would sign over the house to me. So, I put my house on the market and need her to sign the Quit Deed to allow me to sell it and move into escrow and she refuses. Even though I have the money to pay her.

First she complained a certified check was not proof that the money was available for her to cash it. Then she complained that I didn't tell her I was selling the house. Next she said she wanted a notarized document promising her name would be off the title by a specific date. Basically, she is unwilling to sign the deed and let me move forward, even though it is specified in the MSA. Should I contact my lawyer again? Can I notify the judge of her unwillingness to comply with the order? Super frustrated right now.
