Been together 18 yrs, married 16. 4 kids all under 18. M39, H37. Our marriage has been in bad shape for several months. She has serious untreated mental health issues, is an alcoholic and terrible drunk, but she’s my best friend and wasn’t always this way.

I looked on our ATT account at her text message history. She text this one particular # 85 times yesterday! She has been messaging this number since early July. Come to find out; it’s our neighbor, he lives 2 doors down. On my way out to work this morning, he was standing there with his kids waiting for the bus along with other parents. He waved and said hello 🤦

I currently don’t have a personal vehicle, been using company rig. I have the cash, but need a lil time to find one. I also want to catch them in the act; makes my case stronger in court. But this is fucking killing me; to know, and have to see this guy every day.

I’m terrified what lies ahead. I make all the money; she stayed home and raised our kids. Now that they’re all in school, she works 20 hrs/wk $10/hr. The fear, betrayal, impact on our kids, all have me sick to my stomach.
