That is spelled out in your decree. You can always take them to a therapist of your choosing during your possession.

I alerted my son's mother as to his therapy before he started. I told her when it was not approved by her insurance. I told her I would cover the full cost.

That did not stop her from barging into every single session announcing her personal aggressions every time, destroying any attempt for him to have a personal advocate. It did not prevent her from paying her half of his health care while we're under a temporary order.

Fight for every inch. If you don't, you will lose it forever. Courts are not on your side.
