Talk to your lawyer. Did you not get her tax filings during discovery? Go through those to see how much she claimed her income was to see if it matches up.

Hopefully your lawyer would have put into the decree something along the lines of “both parties agree to forfeit their right to further litigation except as allowed by this document, State law and in the event of fraud” or “this document is null and void in the event of discovery of fraud.” Basically - if there is fraud - it allows you to go back and litigate on asset split, alimony, etc. You can have your lawyer contact her lawyer saying you believe there was fraud and the divorce decree is null. Obviously get a sense from your lawyer of how much this may cost you and decide if it’s worth it.

The other alternative is you file for a child support adjustment but just be sure that the income gap has narrowed.

Very tough in my state, if you want to force disclosure during divorce,you have to get a court order and it takes 8 months or more. E-mails are not accepted in court. None of the forensic accountants can help you without a court order. In your case more than 1 year has elapsed, so your only chance is to claim fraud, reopen divorce proceedings, then get the order to force disclosure. Financial disclosure is mostly a voluntary process and you are an absolute fool if you listened to your lawyer and showed everything you have during divorce

Subpeona all of her bank records until you're able to make the connection between that Paypal account and her actual bank accounts. Maybe (probably) she'll mess up and reveal something more.

If you petition the court to reevaluate her financial situation they are also going to reevaluate yours too. Unless it’s a very significant amount you’re better off just letting it go.

This exactly why you want to buy out your ex at time of divorce, if possible. You don’t want to be tied to the woman financially, or her to you. Take the financial hit and move on with your life.

Paypal can be anything. Dont make assumptions. Large money movements could be income and vendor payments. Maybe ask. Go to bank. You can easily open an account for just you. Put your funds in and be safe.
