Wife and I have been married for 7 years. She has abused me, threaten to kill me and even called the cops on me for no reason (nothing ended up happening). I have videos and audio recordings over the last couple of years. We have 1 child older then 3. She has continued to destroy my stuff from time to time. Once I get a lawyer what should I be doing? I care for her but it's not a life I want to live.
