Sorry this is a bit long, but I thought some back-story was necessary to paint a picture of my situation:

My wife and I have been married 16 years (although 0 marital relations or true love for the last 10), and we have one daughter who will be 16 in May. I am in a mentally tortuous waiting game to end the marriage when she graduates to avoid child custody/support headaches. I am almost 50, so I feel time is becoming to precious to waste.

My wife is stupendously reckless with money, and just filed bankruptcy (by herself since my credit is unblemished) for the second time during the marriage. I have kept my finances completely separate since her 1st one, not even a joint bank account exists anymore, she simply pays me 1/2 of our total household expenses out of each check via Venmo. The only thing we jointly own is our mobile home we (actually my father) bought new in 2008. Soon after, she resented and alienated my Dad when it came time to make payments back to him, and they haven't spoke since, which has seriously strained my relationship with both of them. My mother passed away in 2009, I'm an only child, and I stand to inherit a substantial (for me, anyway) mid-6 figure estate when my Dad passes; that is if I manage to outlive him at the rate things are going.

I've lived on SSD since 2001, although I've worked PT since 2016 until a series of tragedies triggered a serious emotional breakdown and forced me to take a LOA from work back in Sept to take care of the resulting shattered mental health. - I was struggling along, but in the last 6 months I suffered the losses of 2 very close family members, 2 pets, and the death of my old truck. Piled on with the untenable working conditions made me finally snap. Eliminating the work problem helped for a few weeks (albeit problematic financially), but things are no longer improving... I'm living a waking nightmare in my head every single day that is crushing my soul to the point I have the suicide hotline on speed-dial. As a result of all this trauma and loss, my psychiatrist ratcheted up my Klonopin dose to 4mg per day (significantly high) to help cope with the crippling stress/anxiety of the situation along with the PTSD issues that I've suffered for 20+ years.

I really have no friends I can confide in, no support system, no therapist, and now no transportation. I have been desperate to find an outlet to get things off my chest, since my Dad will often change the subject, or "I have to go now", when I call him to talk about it. "You just got a couple more years left" is his generic reply. Unfortunately, that isn't helpful to me, it's actually even more depressing, and I often end up crying after the call. That, coupled with my love and respect for him, leaves me not even wanting to pile any of my problems on him about these things. It is beyond distressing, I'm becoming more despondent with nothing positive to talk to him about. I feel he thinks I'm a failure. It seems there is nobody in my life who cares enough to listen anymore. He lives 150+ miles away, and now I feel I may not even see him for those "couple years left", or possibly ever again the way things are rolling these days.

I've only been cohabitating with my Wife for the last decade for my Daughter's welfare, and then I don't have any earthly idea of what to do or where to go. My Dad says he is willing to financially help a bit in the future, but absolutely REFUSES to while I'm still married to this woman.

She makes $55-60k/yr, and I only receive $17k/yr in SS (which includes my daughters $4k/yr benefit that ends next year when she turns 17, cutting me down to ~$13k/yr to survive on if I still am unable to work. Next year's income cut will make living here no longer a financial possibility. I don't even have a car to live in.

Sorry about the TLDR nature of this post, but I could use any input or advice from anyone who might have ideas or suggestions on what I should/should not be doing now, and going forward. I just can't take much more of this without my health getting worse.
