So my wife cheated on me and I found out two Saturdays ago (17 July). She immediately moved in with the guy that day without even coming home. She left me with our two boys. She has come by for an hour since then ‘to see the kids’, but really it was just to demand that she allow me to take the kids out of stated to Texas next week for a vacation. Besides that, she has not called, texted, or asked about seeing the kids. Last night I received a message from her saying ‘that she will spending Monday with the kids’.

I already told her that I don’t have an address for her, she abandoned us, and is living with another man I’ve never met. Therefore, I’m not allowing her to take the kids out of the house until we have court orders in place specifying the arrangements. She is welcome to spend as much time as she wants with them at the house or around the house and I’ve told her this.

Do I have to let her take the kids out of the home with her? I’m worried that she’ll take off with the kids to Texas or something. Has anyone ever experienced something like this.
