So it's finally so far passed the line I can't ignore it.

I am thinking next month move out and separate for a yr while we iron out custody schedule (one 5 yr old starting kindergarten in Sept.)

My thinking is this happens "right away" and we can take time to work out what's what

For context I make great money, but not rich, so can afford the rent. I would rent nearby so school stuff works. My wife is nurse (good money as well) and I have always been the main caretaker of our daughter even before her schedule change made her doing it impossible

So I was thinking like she gets Wendsdays and every other weekend or something and see how things go for a yr then do it officially

Any reason to not do it this way?
