Wife announced separation over half a year ago, after cheating with multiple men, I only stayed because of very young children. She basically lost her mind after the last one was born.

She said she was moving out that month but here we are over half a year later and she still hasn’t left. Had to have her served because she wouldn’t respond to my lawyers email. Her preliminary declaration of disclosure was months delayed. Finally got it, she has tons of debt and about a grand to her name. She has made slightly more than me the entirety of our marriage and would never share financials with me, except occasionally when she couldn’t pay bills and I had to cover.

Got baited into a DVRO situation before all this, no kids present but involved a shove on both sides and yelling in face. This has been hung over my head since then. Now am requesting further financial discovery (monthly statements)…she asked if we could go around lawyers and I said yes. The time is up on the request which was never rescinded but she didn’t give all the required documents ( not even half). I said if she doesn’t follow through I willl have to have her compelled through the court to comply. She said then she would file a DVRO. I have this in text, is this damning to her case at all?

I have a lot of dirt on her, long term cheating with a higher up at company (no fault state but can get them both fired <hired a PI and have texts>), alcohol abuse-pics of her passed out on the counter, floor etc. have video of her leaving 3 year old at home for 15 min to run an errand. Have audio of 4 year old claiming she left them alone in the car to go into target. Her family seems to be on the outs with her as well. Everyone is tired of her behavior (but they won’t help me). Most of expenses are dispenseries, bars and restaurants. Surprised she only had a grand to her name after not paying rent for the past half year. Should I just go for broke and go for full custody but risk getting a DVRO, or keep playing this stupid game at her pace as she goes out and lives the life of Riley? Basically, if the DVRO sticks, how life altering is it? Is it worth getting at least her new lover fired over?
