Hey guys, so I’ve been wanting to divorce my wife for years now but with me traveling for work and fighting to keep our three kids (8,11,12) cared for and her not working and telling me I’m not good enough basically for years, I’m done.

I currently pay for literally every bill, all groceries, car payments, kids activities, her CrossFit classes etc and I just want to be done with her. Unfortunately we still live together as I mentioned I travel for work which I know will mess up my chances for custody but nonetheless I could use some guidance heading in to our mediation session on June 12th.

She is incredibly unreasonable, hypocritical, contradictory, and manipulative so I’m not so sure the mediation process will be productive but I’m always willing to try. She refuses to get a part time job and instead is choosing to “build” a business which hasn’t made any profit in over a year.

All I want is for her to move out of the house I pay for (renting but only I am on the lease as we were separated when I got into the place), and I don’t want to have to pay for her extracurricular activities. I’ll pay whatever I need for our daughters gladly but not her.

Tips? Suggestions? Approaches? Strategies?
