My ex has this expectation that I sit around, looking at a brick wall, so she can spring something last minute. I can't tell her my plans because everything is triggering to her and she can't wait to bust out "well I guess you like ___ instead of your kid". I go above and beyond for my kid and it's never enough for her. Everything I do is "triggering"(her word) to her. So I spend most of my time walking on eggshells and hardly committing to plans with other people because I'm worried as to how she will react to this in front of our kid. I'm keeping track of this for court, but is there anything else I can do?
