You'll probably have to spend a few $k for a vocational evaluation that will establish what she should be making. Judge will likely give her an "imputed income" for the calculations somewhere between minimum wage full time and what she could actually make as an RN.

You have to make the case for underemployment. This has to be more than showing up and verbally telling the Judge she is a nurse and choosing not to work. I have been repeatedly saying in this forum that Judges go by what is in the financial declaration. If she declared zero income and you can't dispute she will be imputed at zero income

For the intentionally unemployed or underemployed, the court can impute income to them for the purposes of the divorce case. This is an issue you need to raise.
