Uhg fellows, feeling like shit right now. Separated a little over 6 months been dating someone the past 2.5months. She’s on the same timeline of separation and divorce.
Last night we had dinner and made the decision that we would still date but are able to date others as well.
Honestly this is a decision I’ve been wanting as I thought I jumped into something exclusive too soon, and have had a few women I’ve wanted to ask out but couldn’t bc of my g/f.
I’ve kept myself somewhat guarded from words like “I Love You”, and felt that I wanted the opportunity to date others and make sure something “better” isn’t out there.
Now that we’ve done this, the idea of her with someone else is hurting pretty bad, I’m seeing more that she is pretty amazing and I don’t want to lose her from my life.
I have a pretty lost feeling at the moment, and it sucks...I’m worried I might have pushed a good one away because I was being so guarded.
We’re still on good terms and have a date planned next week... I just don’t know how to handle this...

If you’re both in the same frame of mind, then cool. If you are really into her, then not cool. I screwed up and fell in love with an amazing woman during my divorce, got stressed out, broke it off and fell into a massive depression... I’m still reeling over it a month and a half later. Sucks big time.
