I think it's a good tool to recognize the types of people who they are naturally with their character. If they're faking or is a natural. I don't think this is necessarily a "TRP concept" as before knowing TRP, I've met people in real life who are naturally I will classify as an alpha or beta. And they don't know stuff about TRP. Which they do have natural leadership skills, good with women, socially calibrated.

I don't consider myself as an alpha because I don't like to lead and not necessarily likes to have friends but likes genuine friends. But I was called a sigma male which I agree with. (lone wolf, likes silence, have alpha qualities, doesn't chase people).

I understand that some people hates these archetypes maybe because of putting people in a box of these qualification or the pursuit of being an alpha is toxic for changing yourself in doing a lot of self-improvements. I'd like to know your reasons why in a healthy discussion below.

I understand that some TRP coaches uses this as propaganda tool for their grifting business. Yes I get that. But I can see through that and know that these archetypes do exists before the TRP concepts.

I don't believe that anybody can teach someone how to be an alpha. As this is just a natural trait and not taught but someone can strive for. Like how fresh and fit called themselves alphas but naturally they're not so the beta in them is now exposed.

Thank you for your time.
