I have another post going more into detail about this, so I won't really go into it here. But long story short, my ex, who I consider to be my best friend, is stuck in a rabbit hole and I've been trying for almost a year now to pull him back out of it but it causes a huge argument every time. I think I've finally, finally started to get his gears rolling, but he still thinks the red pill and FreshAndFit (his latest addiction) are genuinely trying to make him a better man.

I told him he's in a cult and he didn't exactly deny it, so that gives me hope. I thought he would've known better than to fall for a cult since we literally always shit on other cults. I just think that he manifested his insecurity in such a terrible way and I can't help but feel like that's partly my fault :/ I mean he was always kinda an ass, but not like this.. I swear he did not used to have these views on men and women, it feels like it all just came out of nowhere.

Are there any videos or other things that you've seen that helped to start pulling you back to reality? I feel like he'll listen to those better than me.
