There's no such thing as alphas or "alpha mindset" anyways. It's all just bullshit that they cling to. Even the guy who invented the theory has dismissed it as foolishness. Real life is just so much more complicated than all that, even for *actual* pack animals like the original wolves in question.

The concept of "what is or is not alpha" is at the center of what drives the most toxic behaviors of TRP in the first place. They spend so much time obsessing over whether or not they're acting alpha that they can't see what's going on right in front of them.

Yup, agree to all that. The men with natural alpha mindset do not need to seek for help. That left TRP to sometimes a place where blind is leading another blind.

Another part I do not understand is the obsession to manipulate a partner to stay with them or do what they want.

Often I read about a BF or a husband, feeling unloved and disrespected, even after trying to communicate and doing everything. The advice: 'do the dread', 'be a captain', etc.

That's a weird train of thoughts there. Your partner no longer loving or fulfilling your needs? Even after you try to communicate the issue? Then you walk the fuck out of that relationship, son. Not 'dreading'. Not manipulating until both of you resent the hell out of each other. The heck...

Maybe even if you were not as muscular as these men you mention, you are better looking than them anyway. Haven't you thought of that. Yup my message seems a little black pilled but that's just the way I think it is.

You're what RPers would call a "natural", meaning you have been successful with women without teaching or concerted effort. You are not representative of the general population. Naturals are usually very good-looking, have a charismatic, outgoing personality, or both. Maybe 1-2% of men have the ability to sleep with 70+ women without making it their job.

I was what I'd call a "half-natural". I had the looks and could be witty at times, but also a super introverted self-conscious personality and just could not get out of my own way. I still did ok, even well by some standards, but it took effort.

TRP attracts a certain subset of men. I think once you get past their vernacular and radicalism the core teachings are helpful and rational. But the truth, as you pointed out, is not as esoteric as they make it out to be.
