I was stupid enough to believe this crap and all it did was make me feel insecure about my masculinity. I'd be over conscious in scoial situations trying see if I was alpha or beta. I don't even know what constitutes as that but I felt if I wasn't being tough enough or having people listen to me then I wasn't alpha. I guess it's because RP makes you think if you're alpha you get what you want and if you're beta you don't . Then you have retards who actually tell people they're acting beta or alpha. It's all crap.
