We come pre programmed (genes, brain wiring, biology) but unlike computers our programming is constantly changing.
Many people don’t know this but your genes are not set in stone.
Like the circuits in your brain genes switch on and off based on the chemicals in your brain; the experiences you experience and your environment.
This means people are extremely complex. But what we have in complexity we balance out in simplicity through patterns of behaviour.
Yes the attraction response is all the same for everyone as in the switches are the same. I.E: It’s all neurological like the depression response or anxiety or stress.
What’s different however is how each persons individuality is responsible for what turns them on (attraction) and turns them off (repulsion)
For example an abuse victim may be more attached to a highly masculine looking men and that attraction may even increase if that man has softer side or only use force when absolutely necessarily as she knows he’s a threat to others but a teddy bear to her.
While a five time fighting champion might want someone less masculine or dominant because they want to be in control.
I knew a girl (an mma fighter) who literally wanted to be in control of everything.
I agreed on one condition, they do not control me.
We made that agreement and the relationship was great.
It felt very good being pampered and having everything done for me.
And I still got to let out my kinky dominant side as she wanted a highly dominant man in the bedroom.
The way she saw it is “I control the house, and you control the bed so I can relax and get my reward for taking care of business.
The point to remember…
Make sure you know what your partner wants Communicate with them and give them that as long as you don’t sacrifice the core of who you are or do it of fear there is nothing unattractive about it.
