For some women here, we are going through severe emotional trauma but we are still healing from all of it. That does not make us weak, we are strong. However, the impact of trauma or certain unpleasant experiences can make us fragile and vulnerable.

DO NOT give anyone (male or female) the time of day as long as they do not value you. Especially while healing.

Your family, your friendships, your career, online, in real life, on your days off, while you’re running your errands, your spiritual life. If anyone is trying to throw a single negative vibe against you, that is not critical yet loving at heart, it is your responsibility to reject it and move accordingly.

We’re talking about the men that we need to take out of our lives are, and the ones we attract, which is what I’m here for myself. BUT we need not neglect the unhealthy relationships we have amongst our peers that we absolutely need to cut off.

Bottom line, if anybody, man or woman, is not treating you like the queen that you are, drop them, completely. Do not surround yourself with fake, toxic friends as a substitute for a man.

A queen acknowledges another queen when she meets one.

I’ve said this in one of my first posts, women should be supporting each other and not doing all this shady, backstabbing shit.

Men actively use our resistance to one another against us.

Surround yourself with lovely, feminine women/people who become a support system, whom are also like-minded and receptive of your strategies.

That block button is real, ladies. Don’t hold back. Your healing process, however long it takes, is just as valid as anyone else’s.
