A comment in another sub tipped me off to the existence of this poem. The author describes a woman's first experience with anal sex and the complete lack of emotion behind it, likening it to her partner catching and killing a fish. And he doesn't care. She's no longer a person in this moment, but his prey for a moment of fun.

Me: “You’re telling me you’re leaving first thing in the morning, that you don’t even want to spend the weekend together, and you want to have anal sex with me?”

Him: “We’d be having anal sex not building a shed.”

Most of us have met a man with this casual attitude toward sex, especially acts that promise such lopsided pleasure. And yet they still have the expectation that women will do it anyway. If we care enough, we'd endure it for him. Sex isn't something to be enjoyed for us, it's something to provide and put up with so they can have some fun. I won't pretend previous generations were any better in this aspect, but it's the blatant and entitled attitude toward getting these acts from women with no obligation on their part that gets me.

And the author describes how she is shamed for this poem which doesn't even depict her own sex life. There's no disgust leveled at the man who treats his partner like a literal dead fish to satisfy a kink, only for the woman for writing about it.

The conversation around sex hasn't gotten better in spite of "sex positive" movement. It's only worse for women. Men feel comfortable expecting or even demanding sex acts from women while offering nothing in return. And we're supposed to call this equality whether we get anything out of the exchange or not. But if anyone finds out a woman does this, suddenly she's the dirty one. The only thing that's changed is that men can be more upfront and depraved with their expectations without consequences or requirements for them.
