I literally just got proposed to (sorry, this feels like a humble brag, but it’s needed for context.) Right afterward we called my Fiancé’s dad and told him the news, and he said: “Congratulations, son. And Rex, I’m really happy for you.” And he tells his son, “See, you congratulate men on their engagement, because they’re the lucky ones. You don’t congratulate the woman, because she’s the prize.”

I thought of this sub when I heard him say that, so I thought I’d share. :)
