I (28) discovered FDS just over a year ago and truly believe it's helped rewrite the course of my life - least of all, in a dating sense.

I know it sounds dramatic, but I've gained so much more self-respect and independence. Since then, I've started at law-school (night school), gotten a much better job where I make a ton more money than I used to (and attract a lot more respect), invested more in my appearance, and am in talks with the bank to buy my own place.

I now celebrate wins by buying myself little gifts and strive to spoil myself. I really am building the life I always wanted - all without a man - and I could not be more proud.

Whereas I used to be more timid and allow bad behaviour, if anyone disrespects me now, I now have no hesitation in calling them out and/or cutting them out.

I'm also turning my girlfriends away from their pickme behavior with men and spreading the FDS strategies.

Funniest of all, I came here to deal with men - but have had been focusing so much on myself, and hae had such limited dating interactions since that I actually have almost forgotten men altogether.
