Don't talk to him. Ignore him. Don't remind him. Please don't talk to him as long as he does this. If he starts bothering you with questions why you don't talk, tell him that you feel disrespected and that you will not talk to him until he flushes the toilet. Repeat if neccessary and then move to another room as if nothing happened.

I agree with what others have said. To some extend he probably does it intentionally, even though he might not be aware that he does. It seems like a very weird power fight and this is why all the words and discussions will not help in solving the problem. Don't act like his mom by running after him, since apparently that triggers puberty and rebellion in him. It's what they call shit test (and the wordimg couldn't be closer to reality in this situation)

You cannot force him. But you can exclude his presence from your day.

Act as if he doesn't exist anymore. And please don't have sex with him for as long as he is acting that disrespectful against you. It might take several days until he understands that you are serious.

If you cannot deal with it then leave for some days. You don't need to tell your friends and family why, nobody will understand his behavior, but everybody will understand that with the newborn, lockdown and the homeoffice you might need some fresh air for some days, but he really needs to learn that he is really crossing limits that are unacceptable and that you won't tolerate that.
