I'm continously in a state of reflection and leveling up!

My former pick me tendencies made me suffer verbal, sexual and mental abuse at the hands of a narcistic black hole of a man (demon). One of the main things I did for him was BEND OVER BACKWARDS to make sure HE was happy, completely disregarding me.

This happened slowly overtime as the manipulation was pretty covert at first and steady and he was grooming and conditioning me to desensitize all of the abuse.

I WENT OUT OF MY WAY to surprise him for special occasions, got him "just cuz" gifts, paid for everything, emotionally supported him. And I got NOTHING in return from him. What I did get was fake apologies and inauthentic pacifying words.

When it was all over and one of the last couple of times I spoke to him. I shouted "I gave you every thing, I did everything for you, made sure you were happy ,made sure you knew how important you were and made you feel special and you didn't do that for me!"

Him: "So then why were you in a relationship with me so long? "I never asked you to do that/those things"

Ladies, NEVER go out of your way to make a man happy , make sure YOU'RE happy!! Okay?
