I'd just be impressed that he recognized that she hadn't eaten. I was anorexic and dying and I'd spend an entire day with my bf, he would ask if I ate and I'd say "yeah" and he'd be relieved that he didn't have to buy dinner for me. How could he pay so little attention to me that he didn't know if I ate?
I think this particular picture is just supposed to be one little example of a caring relationship, not the most.

The text itself I'm fine with. It absolutely shows a normal caring act, which is kinda my point. This should be the bare minimum of expectations. Acknolwedging that this should be normal is not a denial of what is normal.
Even that by itself I'd have passed over under the HVM tag. The framing is a big issue for me. This isn't sexting. Also chick?
