No worries, I was the same, I thought it was legit and went to read about how the author could justify the content, then found out the details. It’s meant to be very funny, I’m actually interested to check it out, so thanks for finding it for us 😊

I am sure this is a facetious title. She is the comedian that lip syncs to the president's ridiculous statements.

It's 100% a joke. You can see the table of contents on Amazon and example "non-threatening strategies" (e.g., typing normally vs. typing with one finger).
It's written by a comedian that recently gained notoriety from creating satire, lip sync videos using Trump audio.
