Yes. It means they're rebounding, using new relationships to mask the hurt felt by the last one ending.

You need time after a breakup to figure out what went wrong and work on avoiding it.

I'd say yes. This usually happens if they don't take relationships seriously or they don't know how to vet properly before exclusivity (meaning they might have unhealthy attachment issues).

This actually happened to me recently. I dated a man and later found out he was jumping from relationship to relationship. When he finally came across someone healthy (me!), he realized he wasn't ready and broke up with me. Ditch him or proceed with extreme caution!

Yes. In my experience, it means they are looking fill up some sort of void in their lives so it's unlikely they're gonna add value to yours. Also, jumping from relationship to relationship signals that they are not interested in the women as human beings, rather they simply want a girlfriend.
