I dumped my NVM Nex about 4 weeks ago now, and in that time i've decorated my dining room, my depression has lifted, i'm feeling much more positive and energetic. I still have some sleeping issues due to my ptsd having a flare up (he caused that, but it will get easier in the next few weeks and months and i'll get back to normal).

I had to pop round to his place last week to grab my tin of gloss paint (i decorated his bedroom for him.. yes i know i was a total idiot), and guess what he's done since we split up?

yup.. nada.. nothing.. zilch. His bathroom looks like a filthy gas station restroom.. his kitchen is grotty, and he has piles of washing everywhere (dirty of course). He's apparently in therapy for his 'issues' - but guess who hasn't even started doing the worksheets his therapist sent him?

yup.. i'm glad i'm out of there.

This year is mine.. he hasn't touched any part of me in 2021, and that's how it's staying. Time to level back up to where i should have been.
