To men, “just not be fat” for a woman = have an hourglass figure with large breasts and booty, with a flat stomach, and don’t go over the arbitrarily-set maximum of 125 pounds regardless of your height.

To men, “just not be fat” for a man = as long as you’re mobile (with or without the assistance of a scooter), you’re fine.
