Maybe instead of saying: Why did you...

Try: Have you considered...

Current: Why are you even....

Try: What made you....

We need more “transition” posts—tough love does not have to come from a condescending place. But also—personal “transition” posts for leveling up can go in the leveling up strategy sub.

I was there... we can say. Here is where I am... as I relate, if helpful. Please keep reading the handbook, yes again.

Yes. This is important because shame often keeps us in negative cycles and prevents us from getting the advice and support we need. I hope we’ll all continue to be kind yet firm as we hold each other accountable and lift each other.

The problem is some women that come to FDS don't bother reading the Handbook. Rule #8 of the sub is that you MUST read the FDS Handbook before you post. However, what do some women do? They straight up ignore the Handbook and immediately post to "seek advice," but really the majority of the time they're just making excuses for their LVMs. I'm sick and tired of reading "I am in a relationship with this POS that treats me horribly, but I love him and he's depressed and it doesn't matter that he is a loser who can't even wipe his arse and oh please tell me what to do (except don't tell me to dump him because I will ignore your advice)."

If I were chasing an LVM, I would want to be straightened up immediately. We should not coddle each other.

Sometimes though love is needed. I see more and more posts by ladies who clearly haven’t read the handbook and it’s mudding the water.

If the sub is flooded with pickmeism, new members can’t get the message. And tbh, it’s quite annoying.

It also says in the handbook that the posts are primarily meant for the strategy coaches, ruthless strategists and disciples. We can learn from them and comment.

I see a lot of posts that would fit better in the weekly thread.

Edit: we are not here to be coddled, we are here to level up.
