You're allowed to miss him a little bit. It hurts to sit with that feeling and not act on it, but it will pass soon, and you'll be glad you stayed committed to yourself and your vision instead of like. Betraying yourself in a way, and crossing the boundaries you set for yourself. You set them and went nc for a reason, I trust you had good reasons too.

But I agree with making a list and trying to remember what it felt like whenever he hurt you, lied to you, mislead you, etc. It hurts to let go of a person and the attachment we had to them but keep scrolling on this sub and remind yourself why he's your ex in the first place

It's okay to miss him but acknowledge you're missing who you thought he was. Know it's normal to want and crave a relationship and real love. We are hardwired for it. Sometimes I miss my first love but I know I miss who he was pretending to be in the beginning and those adventures. You are always welcome to talk to me about it. I struggled for too long to get over my ex.
