The post about OnlyFans definitely struck a nerve with me since I had a pornsick limp dick narc ex who is probably paying for content as we speak. I apologize for the impending word tsunami, but I don’t think anyone is treating OF/porn/sEx PoSiTiVitY/don’t kink shame!!! as the looming public health crisis that it is. There are entire generations of men today who have been viewing hardcore pornography since childhood & we are seeing the destruction it leaves in its wake. I have been personally affected by a pornsick abusive man, so I’m always ready to speak out about it. Politicians and parents have been super vocal about the potential dangers of, say, violent video games. But, I think we all know why nothing will reeeeally ever be done about porn/floods of IG and OF trash, etc. 🤬

Back to the previous post. One thing that always strikes me is how defensive/combative these sEx PoSiTiVe eMpOwErEd StUnNiNg & bRaVe “influencers” are. Notice how judgmental THEY are of people who don’t share their same opinion? If you’re so confident in your decision, my opinion shouldn’t matter, right?? This part of the interview really stuck out to me:

“When I receive backlash or negativity from people, I talk to them head-on and make it clear that there's nothing wrong with having an OnlyFans or doing any kind of sex work. When I first started, I didn't connect my business and personal social media accounts. But now, this is who I am, and this is what I do. My OnlyFans doesn't impact your dog at all. I want clients that know me and accept me. I would feel a disservice to myself to work for someone that thought negatively of OnlyFans.”

I do feel for those women coming from abusive situations/backgrounds who weren’t given a choice regarding sex work. But the ones that actively chose it, and demand everyone else accept it? I’ll respect your decisions, but I don’t HAVE to accept or respect the view that sex work is empowering. If one of your rabid OF subscribers sees you out walking my dog & intends to do you harm, then YES. Your OnlyFans DOES impact my dog. I care greatly about her safety because I know how dangerous and crazy men act when mUh PeNiS is calling the shots...but ultimately, OF will impact other parts of your life & the people you share it with. Whether you like it or not. I will respect your right to make your own choices. But you will never be free from the consequences of your choices.

So, although they think I’m horrible for not agreeing that selling pictures of your butt & naughty bits online is EmPoWeRiNg...I sleep just fine at night. I’m going to get up the next morning, go to work and make 3X+ what this “content creator” makes. I keep my clothes on, all eyes are STILL on me...but I am respected for my skills, intellect and so much more. I interact with a lot of powerful men at work, and none of them look at me with those emotionless pornsick sex pest zombie eyes. And I’ve never had to confront someone head-on to demand acceptance. THAT is empowering, to me. I support my fellow women & only speak out about this with the hope they fully understand and appreciate the risks they’re taking.
