The FDS community is pretty new to me, and I’m so thankful for it! Lately, I’ve found myself completely date-free and not talking to/texting any guys- mainly because of the principles of this group. And I’m great with it! However, I’ve got coworkers and friends who complain about what they don’t know to be LVMs. Recently, I told a coworker that “dating should be effortless for the female” and “if I guy likes you, you’ll know it” and she said well if you have those viewpoints you’ll be single forever/lower your standards. I was wondering how everyone navigates conversations when asked about “should I text him first?” And “should I ask him to meet up?” And “I just wish he would ask me on a real date!”.
