I've got to say I would not lead with how altruistic you are. That's like a siren call to narcs. The first thing that you lead with should be your primary characteristic. And I don't think that should be how much you give give give to others. If you want I would simply list volunteering down with your other hobbies like hiking.

Don’t list your attributes outright- demonstrate with examples and let the person reading it make the conclusion themselves. For example, you don’t need to say you’re altruistic because that’s apparent when you say you volunteer and work in healthcare, nor do you need to say you’re into self improvement, because it’s evident by the fact that you like to keep fit and have tons of cool hobbies

I agree with the commenter saying to remove the altruistic part. I would also take out the politics part and for your safety that you're a professional writer in the healthcare field (sounds too specific for me).

I like what you said about comfort and reliability in the people you surround yourself with. That says to me that you have a support system.

I honestly think your ad makes you sound like a sweet person but I'd probably re-do it and just include your hobbies, what you enjoy doing and no more. Let the guys who've earned your time find that out later.
