They benefit men more than women. How about men be honest with themselves bc more men tend to suffer from obesity & die earlier than us lol. Secondly, fitness is all well and good but who are you talking about? Is there a trend I’m unaware of where overweight women are chasing fit, successful men and crying about rejection? This fruity man is currently getting dragged and torn to SHREDS by black female hypergamy /femininity content creators and some men all over you tube, the same ones he has ripped off his recent content from. The fact that his mainly black male audience members are so EASILY duped by this man posing as an example of "high value" shows you how low the standard and pool of men really is..He used to speak on fashion and fragrance only but realised what a cash cow dragging black women is and now he is RAKING it in. Cortisol ( the fat storage hormone) and women hormones are a big cause of weight gain, the stress of being a single mother and/or the sole breadwinners PLUS the havoc that stress and hormones disregularity plays on women is often overlooked. Men do not have this issue YET that also largely over weight as well. Again notice the "kindness", integrity and chastity of the women are NOT priorities so as usual they talk out of both sides of their mouth. And 7% of black men are professionally employed-7 PERCENT so his stats are bullshit, the biggest issue these men are dealing with is low self esteem , fragile egos, cluster b personality disorders and laziness!

P.S This 50 something ,twice divorced "relationship advisor who claims to only date women under 25 also did a show recently to offer his black male "high value" callers the chance to call in and even he was disgusted by the end because basically there aren't any lol. All they are doing are proving that women at the peak of their attractiveness deserve to make men PAY because it is the main thing men value and seem to be willing to excuse a lot of other stuff for.
