We have talked about holiday hoovers. But mostly, they're bored and have no other option but to hit up every single woman on their phone.

Now let's know about the kinds who only text on "would have been" events like a would have been two years anniversary and try to send pictures of "this place we went to/this thing we had for the first time" that'll surely imbalance the memory chemicals. They won't text you on regular occasions like your birthday, new year's, Christmas like a normal person.

They won't because they're the master manipulators. They are quite sly in their ways to hoover. They remember dates and choose to text you on those specific dates to see if they still have an emotional hold on you. They want you to see that they still think about you and the relationship specifically. They'll follow it up with some long apology that some vulnerable women might fall for, speaking from experience. You'll never be able to guess what they truly want since they aren't even desperate because they hardly text much in a year. With the other hoovers, you will have an idea, it's some weak ass boy wanting your attention, trying to text you on every other occasion. But these people are playing a game, a really manipulative game.

They know what they're doing obviously by intentionally choosing to not text like a normal person because only then will the women start to think "Why didn't he wish me a happy new year?" and spend an entire week trying to figure out, be sad over it and maybe text back instead. They know if they text on mainstream days, they'll lose the game. Such narcissistic ploy to get what you want.

Please for the love of the universe, block these psychopaths too. Few of my friends were absolutely upset about the fact that none of them got a wish this holiday season despite all the "This place still makes me remember of you" texts. These hoovers are far more dangerous than normal ones. These can truly change your entire mood without the person even doing anything aggressive.
